Pros

So much opportunity to create stuff and see your ideas roll out. Team members and leaders there to help when you need. I’ve gone from learning to doing to owning so fast. The team I’m on is really fast paced and always on, we do cool stuff, and our team is also all about working hard and then prioritizing ourselves and family. Really good environment. Really cool! Check us out on Instagram!!

Cons

Wish I could participate in more external trainings as things change so fast it’s really important.

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
