Pros

Lots of smart people. Work is strategic and very interesting. Lots of flexibility on work schedule - allow working from home, coming in late, etc.

Cons

Compensation curve is very flat with underperformers and overachievers treated similarly. Not a lot of long term financial upside. Senior management's sole focus is expense control and will eliminate small benefits that yield high employee satisfaction just to save a couple of dollars. Workdays can be long and demanding with intense focus on billable hours

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
