Pros
Working at Mercer does have great Perks! The office is located in a Prime Downtown location. They have great benefits, stock plans and pension fund, everything one needs to be able to reach a long term goals.
Cons
No training was provided although promised. ( several meeting regarding said promises) Was left to sink or swim. Never provided with the tools to succeed in my role. People Manager paid no attention to suggested ideas to improve processes. Technology (computers, printers) 100 % out of date. Complacent to old procedure and un-open to ideas that would maximize client and internal businesses. Regretfully, my Manager demonstrated on several occasions that they have no experiencing in being a team leader.
