      Some good people but many of those are leaving

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership. Too conservative to thrive in a changing landscape. Suffers from politics and lack of vision and defaults to reactionary quarterly satisfaction of market targets. It’s all about giving senior management their bonus and screw everyone else

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
