Pros

Exposure to global clients and projects, opportunities to learn about the business through online training and colleagues

Cons

The management is arrogant and directionless and the company culture is that of a typical consultancy: talking big and impressing people around you. There is absolutely no incentive to share work amongst colleagues as bonuses are based on individual and department performance, so cross-line of business work is discouraged by managers.
