Clients are provided the same tried and failed administrative support and consulting services. Flagrant favouritism, nepotism and inner circle culture. Performance discussions are not conducted according to KPI’s... Your performance discussion is had weeks post your true assessment already being completed and sent to New York for approval - facade. Inner circle staff come and go as they please “working from home” while dedicated individuals work 5 days a week to pick up the slack. I have never felt more sick, anxious and relieved to leave such a toxic environment.
