Working remote and some colleagues.

Cons

Verbal abuse goes unchecked. Executive Mgmt decides to offshore work but forces lower level employees to conceal decision from clients and public. Workforce threatened with cancellation of year end vacations to implement delayed decision by executive management of changes in operations. Executive Management reduces year end performance evaluations after evals have been disseminated to workforce then forces middle management to become messenger of the reduction of evaluations. Reduced evaluations have direct impact on compensation increases. One year executive management dictated average performance rating per department. Goes outside firm to fill higher level position. Management plays favorites.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
