Terrible Company - Plan Administration - Senior Analyst Mercer Employee Review

Management picks favorites not based on job performance. Reviews are completely subjective. Management is completely useless and does not help resolve employee or client issues. Senior management promotes who has the most seniority, not who is best for the job, so that results in really weak management. It is extremely hard to move up in the company. They will hire people with no degree for jobs higher than yours but will not promote people with masters degrees. WORST management I have EVER experience in ANY company I have EVER worked for!
