Horrible place to work - Associate Mercer Employee Review

Terrible company culture, atmosphere and only a handful of genuine colleagues, unfortunately none whatsoever in management No records kept of bullying of any kind and lots of gaslighting by management and HR Management go to uncomfortable lengths to cover up the truth about situations that could be harmful to them if found out about; dismissing employees for speaking up, etc. by whatever means they can I truly don’t understand how this company is even able to carry on the way they have been, especially in such difficult times. They do not care about their employees in the slightest, and for some reason think that inappropriate behaviour of all kinds should be allowed to continue without any repercussions
