Below average pay, constant turnover, don't deliver on promises of overtime and commissions, treat people poorly. You are just a replaceable number there. Can't for the life of me understand why they would invest in getting people licensed and then provide absolutely no reason or incentive to stay and every reason to leave. Highly do not recommend this company.
