Unorganised and no accountability. 35 hour working week advertised however you are expected to complete countless hours of overtime with little to no acknowledgment. Micromanagement and bullying from several members within the management team.

Pros
Strong Network
Experience with many industries
Cons
Lighter-touch conceptual learning rather than industry-specific mastery
-Trustworthy immediate colleagues
-Good work/life balance and flexibility
Cons
-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line.
-Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace
-One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
