      JOB SECURITY but Lots of politics and favouritism in this company

      Managers show favoritism. No value for sincere work.Only people who can oil the managers gets all the benefits.The salary is not tagged with the level you are at meaning it doesn't matter at what level you are in the company. It can vary from deep down in a pit to the limits of sky at the same level.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
