      Pros

      -Good intro in a fast-paced environment - A lot of ability to work OT and earn some extra money - Everyone is willing to help and give information

      Cons

      - Everything is based on stats.. performance, bonuses, raises, etc. - It's almost a competition as to who can work the most insane hours to get noticed and stand out. - Clear career path but uncertain as to how soon that could come to fruition. - At first the call volume is light but once they decide you can take more calls it's non stop throughout the day.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
