Lots of opportunities if you seek them out. Great focus on diversity and community.
Cons
User software is terribly behind...browser versions aren't even supported by most mainstream websites. This lack of ability to stay mainstream with technology gives us a backward image in front of clients. And the mindset seemingly of the company is that technology isn't important and that we're not in that business - but if you don't have up-to-date technology and have technology wrapped around your offerings in multiple ways, you've missed the boat. They need to clearly understand this and embrace it.
