      decent benefits, you have a half day prior to holidays, experience working in global firm, they will pay for your dinner and cab home if work late, can work from home if need though for young people, it can be frowned upon - totally dependent on your group

      Cons

      the pay sucks. not a good worklife balance particularly considering how poorly you are compensated. very bureaucratic, not good at promoting/retaining talent.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
