      Pros

      Mercer is an amazing place to begin building a career. I learned and grew tremendously during my time spent at Mercer, and worked alongside great people. There is also plenty of opportunity and mobility within the company, good work is recognized quickly and you will be rewarded for it.

      Some micromanaging dependent upon colleagues. Hierarchy oriented workplace.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
