      Big company with plenty of resources and opportunities for growth. Good learning culture and generally very nice people

      Cons

      Pay is slightly below market which is frustrating at a company that does compensation consulting. No mid year promotions and very little pay differentiation between low and high performers. No clear link between pay and performance.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
