      Pros

      Great Company to work for. Fellow employees were great. Pay scale is excellent. Learned a great deal as far as programming.

      Cons

      Like most companies, Management did not respect lower-level employees. MetLife decided to transfer all its software to DXC, thereby laying off its employees.
