      Mentor was good about checking in and being available for questions Management worked directly with me to let me choose something to work on for my project Conversion to full time rates are high

      Cons

      Intern to intern communication lacks a bit, cohorts are very bundled up and don't talk between small groups Compensation slightly lower than average
