Pros
Great transportation, skilled leadership, end to end exposure of entire insurance cycle. Exposure to indian insurance as well. Work friendly. With latest automation life have become very easy.
Cons
US shift hours are killing at times. Too much leadership changes brings unnecessary pressure on entire chain of hierarchy. Not a very good paying master, need to struggle a lot to get it.
