Pros
Great people that work there and a solid company financially. Opportunities to grow and many entry level opportunities to start at.
Cons
Too much change, in terms of both frequency and structure. There is not a real opportunity to establish a direction to evaluate before it is switched. Lots of politics, definitely a who you know type organization versus abilities. Putting more and more work on associate shoulders due to budget/position cuts.
