Pros
Excellent work life balance, ability to telecommute when necessary. Flexible hours. Never ab issue to take off as needed for different personal items.
Cons
Difficult for internal promotions. Certain level of who you know, not what you know. Can be limited in external learning opportunities, they talk a good game but hold back on the exceution. Upper management seems to be more focused on the bottom line.
