      Great PTO/Flex Time when manager plays fair and doesn't cater to favorites

      Cons

      -Managers play favorites -Work not balanced and some people (me) end up at 180% on a daily basis and others end up with 75% -Upper management not handling outsourcing well, pushing back last day and not compensating for new training schedule
