Great Name Brand Recognition, good products.... That's about it.
Cons
Not a healthy corporate environment. Software is about a decade behind, The company finally upgraded from Win XP to 7 in 2014. Management is fake and disorganized, they only care about production. Compliance is hell, but that is typical for a company this size. MetLife will still mail hard copies of documents from one office to the next...it's 2016 ... need I say more?
