      Pros

      Pay is great for the area. They are flexible with hours if need be. Benefits and retirement plan are great as well.

      Cons

      Large company, so may take some time to get things moved through chane of command. Also if there is a change in leadership, a reorganization may take place which could result in a loss of jobs.
