Great benefits, great time off (4 weeks), base salary for a sales position with a commission program, leads come to you

Cons

Multiple incentive plan changes (varied commissions over time for same levels of production), goal is split between existing staff members (so if the staff should be 30 and you've got 25 people on the team, everyone is responsible for the missing five people), difficult to actually use your time off
