Pros

Senior managers in Noida office are supportive and helpful. In depth and interactive trainings. Learning program are good.

Cons

1. HR/Admin policies are not at all employee friendly, no smartphones allowed. 2. Company is not at all good considering the financial, FnF and employee benefit policies- be prepared for huge deductions on leaving the company, they might even miscalculate the FnF and wont respond when you followup. 3. Odd shift timings and mismanaged office transport. Office hours(9 hrs)+Transport hours(2 hrs buffer each side) is a total of 12-13 hours shift. Better to keep your own vehicle instead, but that too won't solve the problem as if you live far away from office, they would not provide you parking stickers and using office transport becomes a mandate. 4. Even though managers are good, be prepared for filthy politics among the team members. 5. Work is not at all systematic, be prepared for rework every time as clients are global and they may change the requirements at development completion, even after approving daily progress demos everyday. 6. Last but not the least, inspite of permanent odd timings, the cafeteria is below average mark and none of the meals is sponsored by the office. The ratings being provided by me are only for pure Software development domain

Pros

Benefits, PTO, remote, some team mates are cool and super helpful. But they don’t want you being too chatty. Process process process. The pay is low for the stress is gives.

Cons

The pet department has really gone downhill ever since they implemented their “AA” system, which is just terrible to work with. You have to meet their metrics which it’s great to have QA and claim evaluations in place however, they will dock points for the most minor things, but you’ll see AA process things incorrectly, the supervisors process incorrectly, the team leads process incorrectly…. But only the adjusters will get points docked and write ups. And now they expect you to find the AA errors and send it to them, then send it back to you to correct…. But if YOU made that mistake, points docked. In the beginning, before AI, it was a really great job to have, I felt proud to come into work like I was making a difference but it turned into such a demoralizing and depressing job. They stopped treating us like humans over the past 12 months. Hearing the email and task alerts is enough to give you PTSD.
