Family friendly. Great benefits. Management is open to input and ideas. If you want to learn and grow the opportunity is there if you are satisfied with your position no one will force you to move.
Cons
To many processes. Takes too long to make changes when it is clear that something isn't working. Pay scales are such that people can be in the same scale even if one job requires more knowledge/ experience
