Pros
Big, stable company, lots of different departments for work opportunities. Nice building and office, cafeteria clean with good food options
Cons
Does not pay well, not much room for advancement if any, big push to eliminate tenured employees, if you go to sales department cannot get out, stuck there, they will hold you from getting a different position within company. No work/life balance
