Horrible organization (DSSI) within MetLife IT - Senior Technical Leader MetLife Employee Review

Chaotic, disorganized and unprofessional Management within the DSSI group in MetLife. Other groups are ok and might even be good. Please stay away from any job postings in DSSI. Quality of projects is bad. You will waste your technical skills if you apply here. Management does not care and does not meet with direct reports. Goals and objectives have not been communicated to direct reports over 3 years ago. Performance review meetings are not held.
