Cons
bad, inefficient, unethical management team. Absolutely no communication, over a decade outdated operating systems, many intoxicated employees. Encouraged to tell white lies to customers in order to make sales. Sales commissions are not achievable if you are not willing to work weekly overtime. If you have any dignity or integrity run in the other direction.
