Legacy senior management if any are left. Good benefits, decent pay.
Cons
Metlife used to be a great place to work. Unfortunately in the last few years, the new management structure has deteriorated drastically. Poor management, strong politics, promotions based on friendships and social interactions and mis management specially in the investments area.
