Pros
I worked for MetLife for 16 years. It was a convenient place to work in Central NJ. MetLife offered me a career and I had many accomplishments to support their business line objectives. But....
Cons
what I learned is even though employee s are hard working and dedicated, they have no problem laying you off with absolutely no notice at all. I found you are looking for a rewarding career with stability... I do not recommend.
