Pros
Good salary and great benefits. 4% 401k match plus pension plan (as an IT professional with a degree or two). If you feel your job is safe, this can be a great place to work
Cons
Company will layoff, relocate jobs and/or replace long time employees with consultants just to save a little money. This is not unique to this company but it didn't used to be this way
