Scary place - Anonymous employee MetLife Employee Review

Everybody is afraid of losing their jobs. Even your boss is afraid, so therefore you are scared to lose your job as well. So people do what they are told. they will work very late, and take stress. and they will talk behind each others back out of fear. because they know that ultimately the company will not care if they leave tomorrow. I left this place many months ago. People in my team told me that this happens everywhere in this place. but in my new job it is not true. it only happens in a company that likes and grows fear.
