Over the last 15 years, it’s been a living hell. You are constantly looking over your back hoping you’re not next. Unless you want to work in Cary, your days are probably numbered. The hiring continues to fill the buildings there. They seem to leave as fast as they come however. Unfortunately this company has turned into being all about the mighty dollar. They forgot how to treat employees and customers with dignity and respect. They also continue to be top heavy, especially at the AVP and VP level. There are VPs with no direct reports.
