Pros
Snoopy and the brand recognition. The company does have a phenomenal infrastructure but poor individuals in management and training leave much to be desired.
Cons
No training and no support whatsoever. In my first year I have spent a total of 6 days with my manager. The rest is learned and accomplished on my own. It is amazing I am still employed as I have seen many others come and go ALREADY!
