Work/Life Balance extremely overlooked at MetLife. - QA Analyst MetLife Employee Review

Extreme amount of hours, meetings during lunch hours, meetings after hours - Management provides no Work/Personal balance....they feel as though they need to do it, so do you. It continues all the way down from the top. You work the long hours, and are not rewarded for it!
