Pros

Great product line up - industry leading. Good training. Joint work partners to help, but they are due a certain amount of commissions for being there.

Cons

100% commissioned sales - dialing for dollars and hope someone will buy. Not much commitment from managers to new FA's b/c they know the wash out is VERY high.
