Pros

Worldwide company, at times they are more concerned with other countries than the United States, rules are constantly changing, lots of changes from the top all the way down.

Cons

It is very expensive to be an a agent, you can do pretty well , and still make no money and actually owe MetLife more money. If your production goes down, you end up paying for all of your health ins.
