-lacks core training, doing too much new things and cant get good at any of them , trying to copy fidelity,cisco's way of doing internships and programs but not doing it right -company will only pay attention to ppl they like more , and look past others they dont -tries to sell that their a tech company , but interior technology being used in the company is at least 5 years old -internship program was lacking in preparation , some team members didnt want to deal with their interns,some managers barely talked to their interns,there was more " events" than actually training, unprepared managers and team members
