Pros
Fair compensation, good benefits, good technology. One of the few companies that still gives a bonus and offers a pension.
Cons
does not keep its employees informed of changes being made, tends to inform employees after the fact. Reviews are a hassle, if you even get one on a regular basis. You do have to complete paperwork for your own review that is very time consuming and useless.
