Pros
Good teaming environment with dedicated professionals, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Overall I was proud to work at MetLife and would recommend it to others.
Cons
Too many meetings (meetings about meetings), inefficient structure with leaders who are slow to make decisions, and at times the support structure was not in place to aid in completing work in an efficient manner.
