Pros
Decent Pay. Great comp plan compared to other retail banks. Solid company. Solid benifits. New to the mortgage industry so if they can work out the kinks they may be a top 3 lender in the future.
Cons
Underwriting is horrible. You share underwriters with wholesale which is a disaster. Processing is very slow. Horrible Management. I've never seen a lender whose processors and underwriters care any less. They want numbers but good luck ever hitting them when your files sit in underwriting for 60+ days and your manager is nowhere to be found when you need someone to push your loans through.
