Pros
- world-class work-life balance policies (depending on managers) - good amenities onsite (2 TT tables, 2 foosball tables, Xbox room every floor, onsite gym & basketball court, plenty of walking trails) - management by-in-large are all very empowering - transition to NC is almost completed, if you are in IT, it's best to work in Cary, NC. best-in-class workplace - smart people all around! HR & site leadership did a great job attracting the best and brightest in the RTP area
Cons
- healthcare coverage does not start from Day 1 - fairly expensive onsite gym membership - benefits like 401K & IRA doesn't kick in till 1 yr of service - hard to get a corporate title promotion
