Pros
It's hard to tell what these changes may bring. They're converting a lot of IT contractors to full time and claiming to be doing a lot of hiring.
Cons
The contractors that are coming in don't know the systems, so it will be challenging for IT to keep up with any issues. I don't have a lot of confidence in the Executive Leadership due to layoffs and good people leaving.
