You get to become an incredible SME in what you do plus some if you love what you do.
Cons
They like to see people do more and more with their limited time and do not like adding a headcount to help them do their job effectively and secure business continuity. Basically they don’t care if their people are overworked. Many don’t even take vacations because there is no way orgs would function during persons PTO.
