Cons
Full and Final (FNF) settlement was delayed for over a year after my resignation. Highly unorganized management – frequent policy changes with no proper communication. Salary delays were common and there were no transparent responses from HR or leadership. Employees are under constant pressure to deliver, regardless of unresolved internal issues. No structured onboarding or exit processes.
