The size of the company provides the advantages of a larger organization without being so big that everything gets bogged down. This provides latitude to implement ideas quickly and to be creative. Lastly, the company is committed to diversity and respects their people, which is extremely important to me.
Cons
Following the integration of HPE Software, there has been a lot of integration work underway. There is no way around the challenges that an acquisition brings, though all in all it's going well and the teams have worked hard to improve processes.
