Pros

The company has provided me excellent opportunities to grow and develop my career. It's a dynamic place to be and has a bright future ahead, with strong leaders at the helm. The size of the company provides the advantages of a larger organization without being so big that everything gets bogged down. This provides latitude to implement ideas quickly and to be creative. Lastly, the company is committed to diversity and respects their people, which is extremely important to me.

Cons

Following the integration of HPE Software, there has been a lot of integration work underway. There is no way around the challenges that an acquisition brings, though all in all it's going well and the teams have worked hard to improve processes.

Pros

You dont really have to work because there’s nothing going on. Everybody’s waiting for the axe to fall

Cons

Where should I start? Ok, here goes: 1- all 5* reviews are posted by the marketing department to boost the company profile 2- Marketing also forces employees to post and share positive news on other social media and actively maintains a “wall of shame” to bully everybody into sharing more everyday. 3- Bigshots lie about the health of the business constantly but thankfully public filings of financial performance can reveal a lot - provided you know how to read it 4- After losing close to $10 Billion in market cap overnight, management blamed poor performance on “integrations” and yet the man responsible for integrations was promoted to be the CEO! 5- with a market cap of less than 6 Billion, there’s general paronoia among the employees that the company may be broken up again and pieces sold to private equity. At least half of 18000 people may get affected by RIFs 6- Management keeps blaming sales but dorsnt have real money to hire good sales . Besides who in the world will join this sh*t show 7- There is no “culture” .- Just back stabbing and politics

Pros

Some good people & good vacation

Cons

Certain people and no raises to start with. Bonuses stopped getting paid out because high goals not met, not because of profitability issues. The Company made a record profit, 20% more profit than the previous record and then slashed our bonuses and announced a 300 million pound bonus to 30 executives. The leadership scheme is to buy other declining companies to hide the decline and thus ruin any year over year comparisons. The leadership exit strategy is to make cash on stock and mergers, then leave and let the next in line try too. Stock growth is a mirage, as the continuous purchase of companies looks like growth. Communication is fake and buzzwords with no meat. They do the minimum to make it look like you are running a company, but really are just waiting for the next payoff. This is phase 2. Phase 1 was the VC purchase, but they already stripped the companies of cash and anything of value that they could plunder and sell. They then sold the company for the start of phase 2, instead of killing the company like they might have done in the past. It’s all a big game.
